We get powerful, unprompted messages every single day from people whose lives have been changed through Headspace. So we thought — who better to star in our next campaign?
For World Mental Health Day, we launched a global campaign highlighting our members and their personal Headspace stories. We interviewed real members about their mental health journeys with our app, and shared them with the world in a way that feels human, raw, and relatable in 30s spots and paid + organic social posts.
Our goal for this project was to destigmatize seeking care for our minds, inspire new people to begin their own mental health journeys, and leave viewers with a clear understanding of what the Headspace app has to offer. At the end, we invite everyone to share their own mental health stories with us on our landing page.
Scope of my work: Campaign concepting, script writing, content and web strategy, organic social strategy, support on animation direction.
